The constant comparison of others.

I don’t know why but everyone compares themselves to other people. We all do it or have done it at some point in our lives which is normal. We a people compare ourselves to others and observe where we are based on what we observe them to be doing. For me personally I used to compare myself to people who had it all, luxury, cars, money. Basically Kylie Jenner. Where did my self esteem go? Down the drain. But it dosen’t matter how many people are on your side that’s cheering you on. The thing about comparing ourselves to one another is that we will never win. Not the person you are comparing yourself to or you. No one ever wins at life, we all die in the end. We're always creating more, becoming a better person each and everyday. Or sometimes a worser person everyday. With new experiences and life goes on. We compare ourselves with someone that’s less fortunate than us and consider ourselves the one that has won? or more blessed? We compare ourselves with someone who we perceive as being, having or doing more. The bottom line. We as people are always becoming more and more each day. Who you are today is a result of the decisions you made the previous days so fourth and so on. People are always changing, like the seasons. We are our own creators and we make decisions even though sometimes they're not the best. We go in the direction towards expansion. So, when you catch yourself comparing yourself to another person. You need to stop for a moment and re-think the thought. Instead of tempting to compare yourself to someone else, ask yourself a few questions.

What are you doing today that you didn't do 5 years ago?

What new decisions have you made or what new additions to your life are exciting to you?

How are you successful?

We're all different. We all need to focus on ourselves rather than the fact that this person has that, or this person is better, etc.

Cheer up have a macaron and relax. You're fine just the way you are.
